This has been such a busy week. My head is swimming with all the information.

Two things I have learned are:

1. Braden Scale Risk score leads into the Skin bundle.
2. what the Skin bundle consists of.

But I have learned so much more, Code AWOL, UTI Bundle, Code Pink, Code Gray, how Pyxis works, what "PSALMS" stands for, and much more!

I am still excited...but there is so much...how will I ever remember it all?
